Ring Road Tour 

Round Trip Iceland

Join us on a journey along Iceland’s famed Ring Road, where we’ll explore the country’s stunning landscapes, unique culture, and fascinating history. Our guided tour will take you on a journey through the heart of Iceland, as we circumnavigate the island on this iconic road trip.

Along the way, we’ll visit some of the country’s most iconic natural wonders, including thundering waterfalls, bubbling geothermal pools, towering glaciers, spouting geysirs and rugged coastlines. We’ll also have the opportunity to explore Iceland’s vibrant cities and charming small towns, learning about the rich culture and history of the island.

Our tour will begin in Reykjavik, where we’ll embark on our journey along the Ring Road. Our first stop will be the classic Golden Circle Tour, visiting the National park, Geysir and the stunning Gullfoss waterfall. Next day we will head towards the South Coast where will visit Seljalandsfoss and Skogafoss waterfall before continuing on to the black sand beach of Reynisfjara, where we can marvel at the stunning basalt columns and towering sea stacks.

As we continue along the Ring Road, we’ll visit the Jokulsarlon glacier lagoon, where you can witness the stunning spectacle of icebergs calving off the Vatnajokull glacier and floating serenely in the lagoon. You can also take a boat tour to get up close and personal with the icebergs. Possibility of of visiting Ice Cave with local operators.

Our journey will take us through the stunning East Fjords, where we’ll visit charming fishing villages and take in the breathtaking views of the rugged coastline. We will visit Studlagil Canyon, with the famous basalt columns. We’ll also have the opportunity to explore the geothermal wonders of the North, including the bubbling hot springs and geysers of the Myvatn area, Akureyri the capital of the North and Husavik (possibility Whale Watching in Husavik).

As we continue around the island, could visit the Westfjords, where we’ll explore the rugged landscapes and charming small towns of this remote and unspoiled region. Or go straight down to the iconic Snaefellsnes peninsula, where you can marvel at the towering volcano that inspired Jules Verne’s “Journey to the Center of the Earth.” 

Possibility of ending the trip on a relaxing note in the Blue Lagoon before leaving the country.
